About Me

My journey began on the softball field, where I spent 11 years competing and falling deeply in love with athletics. That passion led me to study the powerful connection between sports and the mind, and I initially set my sights on becoming a sports psychologist, drawn to how psychological well-being shapes performance and resilience.
Over time, I realized that many athletes already have access to wellness support, while the broader collective often remains unaware of simple, powerful tools for mindfulness and self-care.

This awareness redirected my path toward holistic healing and integrative wellness, where I could serve those who most need accessible, compassionate care. My own life has been shaped by deep personal journey—facing childhood trauma, generational patterns, mental health challenges, major relationship loss, and periods of profound self-isolation. Through years of inner work, spiritual practice, and dedicated healing, I've cultivated a grounded, empathetic presence that allows me to hold intentional space—for myself and others—with authenticity, compassion, and lived understanding.

Education and Certifications

University of San Francisco (2018-2021)

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology (with a minor in Psychology) from the University of San Francisco, where I completed a rigorous academic program in just seven semesters while deeply engaging in campus life and community work. Graduating Magna Cum Laude, I bring that same dedication and holistic understanding of the body-mind connection into my work as a wellness guide and practitioner.

Saybrook University (2024-2026)

I’m currently completing my master’s in Humanistic Psychology, with a specialization in Consciousness, Spirituality, and Integrative Health, where my work explores how reiki, meditation, silence, and alternative healing modalities support personal transformation and holistic well-being. This deep study further informs my practice, helping me guide others with both heart and academic rigor as they move toward greater balance and inner alignment.

Usui/Holy Fire III Reiki I & II Practitioner (2025)

As a certified Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki I/II practitioner, I received my Reiki training in Kyoto, Japan, the birthplace of Reiki, where I was able to connect more deeply with the heart and lineage of this sacred healing art. This foundation continues to guide the in-person and remote Reiki sessions I offer, creating a space for balance, energetic clearing, and gentle remembrance of the body’s innate wisdom.

Certified Personal Trainer (2026)

I’m a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), trained in evidence‑based exercise science, corrective movement strategies, and client‑centered program design.
This foundation allows me to create safe, effective, and personalized fitness plans that support not just physical strength, but integrated well‑being.

Spiritual Mentorship (lifelong)

My spiritual path has also been shaped by years of personal meditation practice and a deepening relationship with foundational Buddhist teachings. Over the past two years, I have had the privilege of studying with the Brahma Kumaris at the Anubhuti Retreat Center, where I continue to receive mentorship in yogi practices, spiritual discipline, and a profound body of wisdom that has expanded both my inner life and the way I hold space for others. Through this journey, including two silent meditative retreats, I have come to more fully understand the power of stillness, devotion, and inner transformation.

My Philosophy

My practice grew from a simple truth: healing isn't about adding more to ourselves, but about remembering what's already within. After years of my own journey through trauma, mental health struggles, and deep spiritual work, I realized that what was missing wasn't more information or another quick fix, but a safe, grounded space to be witnessed, to feel held, and to reconnect with their own strength. That's why I offer a blend of services that speak to the whole person—Reiki and energy work to restore balance, personalized training and nutrition to honor the body, intuitive guidance and spiritual mentorship to clarify the path, and guided meditations and movement to cultivate presence.

What makes this work different is that every service comes not just from training, but from lived healing—from having walked through fire, loss, and deep inner work, and choosing to show up with softness, honesty, and courage.I’m not here to be a distant expert, but a real, relatable guide who’s shown up fully for my own healing so that I can hold that same depth of care for others. I believe each person already holds everything they need to heal, grow, and transform from within. My role is not to fix or change anyone, but to be a clear, grounded guide—offering tools, presence, and deep listening so that each person can reconnect with their own wisdom, reclaim their power, and walk their path with greater clarity, resilience, and heart.
